The building is extremely clean. My experience at this dealership was a mix of good and not so good. From the time that I arrived I waited for 10 minutes and no one seemed interested in meeting with me to see what I was looking for. When I went to ask, I was informed to go see the information booth. I was surprised by the response. In my past experience it’s not what I came to see. There were a series of items that was not an easy process. I was recommended to go to Toyota because they are the best and I must admit that I am disappointed. I filed their survey on the service post sale and no one followed up with me. Ultimately, the brand is fantastic but I recommended patience if you are selecting this dealership. Update I will have to say that after I met with management (Matt, Ricardo and Dwayne), they did took heart my situation and corrected. They listened, asked questions and they corrected the situation to ensure a better outcome. I was able to feel they did care and they made this experience really awesome. Thank you to all of them. I had a great experience taking in my corolla hybrid for service yesterday! Derrick and team were organized, kind, helpful and professional. I will definitely be going back here for the service department! It was my first paid service since I had purchased extended coverage, including first 6 services free, at the dealership where I bought my corolla. Derrick walked me through the services and gave me a solid estimate for replacement parts with the associated service. Upon pick up, another service associate walked me through what was done on the car in enough detail that I understood but also wasn't talked down to. I know that sounds silly but that's typically the service I receive as a woman. Derrick also went through some very helpful tips before I left.
