The 2023 Gustavson Brand Trust Index (GBTI) recently revealed that Toyota Canada has been named the most trusted automotive brand in Canada and is among the top five. This index, conducted for the past nine years, is a renowned research study that delves into consumer trust, the factors impacting it, and the brands that excel in establishing trust.
In its latest edition, the GBTI assessed 407 national and global brands across 33 categories. The study collected feedback from 13,188 Canadian consumers between January 10 and April 25, 2023. This recognition highlights Toyota's strong reputation and reliability in the Canadian market, reinforcing its position as a trustworthy automotive brand.
